AI Receptionist LITE includes a 7-Day Implementation Guarantee.

ELIGIBILITY

If Scale-Genius is unable to configure AI Receptionist LITE and have the system operational and answering calls within seven (7) calendar days following activation, customers may request a refund.

LIMITATIONS

Refund eligibility does not apply when delays are caused by:

• Missing client information

• Delayed client responses

• Third-party provider delays

• Phone carrier issues

• Calendar connection delays

• Client-requested changes

NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

This guarantee applies only to implementation and activation.

Scale-Genius does not guarantee:

• Revenue increases

• Lead generation

• Appointment volume

• Business growth

• Financial outcomes
