NO GUARANTEE

Scale-Genius makes no guarantee regarding:

• Leads

• Appointments

• Sales

• Business growth

• Cost savings

• Financial performance

Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are responsible for:

• Compliance with applicable laws

• Customer disclosures

• Consent requirements

• Business operations

• Accuracy of information provided

FEES

Fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Activation fees, subscription fees, and applicable taxes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scale-Genius shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse, fraud, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.
